The attorney is very nice and helpful. However his office staff could use a "how to be nice" class. Lady at the front has been less then pleasant. My second visit she was rude and would mutter rude things about me under her breath to the other lady in front. Not sure she cared that I could hear her. It's not like I wanted to have to do this but I saw no other choice. Going in to make payments has been unpleasant as well.

I have met Mr Schneider back in the 90s, he is a very professional lawyer. He has helped me an many people I know. He knows what he is doing an can answer any questions you have. I would recommend him to anyone! He is also very friendly!

Bankruptcy - NOT a proud moment in my life. Mr. Schneider welcomed me in, assessed my situation and helped me learn the differences between Chapter 13 and Chapter 7. His fee is the lowest I have found and he was so very kind and understanding to my particular needs. The whole fiasco was complete within 2 months. I am greatly relieved, wiser and very grateful for Mr. Schneider's assistance. And, YES I would recommend him to anyone, in fact, I already have a new client for him. God bless you Mr. Schneider.

A great experience despite the situations. Friendly and informed staff is very helpful. Even if it is a bit of a drive the time will be well spent. Do not hesitate to call.

Mr. Schneider worked for us as creditors involved in a bankruptcy case where our house was being occupied by a non-paying renter who was using the bankruptcy court to buy himself time and avoid payment. As our lawyer he worked expertly to inform us of all matters relating to our case and bankruptcy law in general. Multiple times he met with us to discuss the rule of law in our case and he advised me on how to represent myself at certain hearings where paying a lawyer would have been extraneous. Our outcome and service were both exactly what I would have hoped for in my first experience with a lawyer.
