These lawyers are stand up professional men. I actually demanded my case to be a chapter 7 not knowing the proper protocol and tests that determines which chapter is best for you. All I can say is Brian and Mike worked with me. They were patient with me. I have horrible spending habits and this helped me out personally to be aware of things I need to do for myself such as save and have assets. I pray these two men continue to be a blessing to people who are looking for a fresh start. I didn't feel judged at all. He reassured me many times things would be fine. I felt confident that my case would go the way it should because I felt I was in good hands because of his communication skills and work ethic. Mike was my lawyer and he responded to emails promptly. Affordable! I can't thank him enough for just being a nice guy! I highly recommend these lawyers.

My main concern about filing for bankruptcy was how would it affect my credit score. It has only been 6 months and my credit score has risen so much I was approved for a NEW car!!! I have NEVER had a NEW car. I didn't take it though because I don't want to create new debt right now. The second concern regarding filing bankruptcy was being able to finish my Bachelor's degree because I had to leave school with only 5 classes left to graduate due to a large tuition balance. I recently contacted the University to see if I could register for classes and finish my degree since the tuition I owed was discharged through my bankruptcy. I was told "Absolutely, that is the purpose of bankruptcy to give you a fresh start!!!" Ardelean & Dunne are an awesome team!!! I will definitely get that new car when I complete these 5 classes. I went to Ardelean & Dunne & they were literally a lifesaver for me, I gave them $100 & that same day they faxed over the bankruptcy information to my Job which stopped the garnishment, & on my next paycheck I got a full check, what a blessing they were to me.
