Hensel Law Office, PLLC

I recently retained the services of the Hensel Law Office, PLLC based on his high reviews on Google & Avvo. I was not disappointed ! This was the first time in my life that I've had to file for bankruptcy. In my senior years no doubt. Mr. Hensel was able to help me overcome several legal issues that I thought would prevent me from receiving approval for Chapter 7. The court tried to dismiss my case right down to the last day for them to file. I am forever grateful for his help, guidance, legal explanations, cool calm demeanor & the patience he showed to me. He is a first class lawyer that I will highly recommend to friends, family and strangers !

I hired Mr. Thomas Hensel because unfortunately I had to file bankruptcy. My sister had given me his name and I couldn't thank her enough. Mr. Hensel explained everything to me and what would happen. The best was when we had gone to court. So many, many others there, going up in front of the judge before me. All were told that they had to return because they didn't bring all the paperwork that they needed to bring. Back taxes, former paystubs, etc.. Their lawyers failed them. I was the ONLY ONE that didn't have to return to court another day. Mr. Hensel did his homework and informed me how to do mine. I didn't have to take another day off work. I didn't have to find a sitter for my children. Mr. Hensel is the best at what he does and I am so very happy he had my back. Hire him if you want to save money and time. Kate O'Brien

Such an amazing attorney! He answered all questions about this processed and made it as easy as possible. He's very quick to get back to you as well. He made a difficult time much easier to handle. I would recommend him to anyone who needs it.
