A friend recommended Christopher Jones at Acclaim Legal Services to me after hearing my troubles. As most facing bankruptcy I was scared, humiliated, stress out and fed up with relentless collection calls, law suits and garnishment threats. A single mother of four working full time and run ragged I procrastinated. Then it came, a garnishment letter from my employer 25% of my wages were going to be taken. All I could do was hope and pray somehow Chris the lawyer recommended to me at Acclaim could somehow get this garnishment postponed. I called the office they set up a Saturday appointment. Chris looked at my situation took the time to answer all my questions, explained the bankruptcy process and options available to me. Chris took me from terrified and stressed out to hopeful and relieved. Chris was able to get my garnishment stopped and my life back on track. The staff and attorneys at acclaim legal services are amazing. I spoke with one of the receptionist Giovanna she was very helpful and kind. They offer free consultations and truly care about each case. Attorney Kevin Carr was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. If you are stuck in a hard spot don't hesitate just give them a call and they will help.

While I was not a client, Chris the attorney for my possible Chapter 13 was incredibly informative. He immediately helped me into not paying a $1,000 to a debt collector that was a scam, advised me on every scenario of my situation, and was absolutely comforting in my situation. Turns out the Bankruptcy was not in my best interest, and I was super appreciative that he saw that and advised me on it, and didn’t put me into something that would have profited them, but not been best for me. If I ever come into a situation or a family memeber or a friend, I will immediately send them to this law firm. Thanks for all the advise and the respect you gave me, and my situation.
