Daniela was able to get me into a Chapter 7 bankruptcy when all the other lawyers immediately dismissed me and told me "I made too much". They didn't want to take the time to factor in all my expenses and see what I actually "brought home". Daniela did, and she did a heck of a job. Her cost was well worth it for me. There were people at the BK court that paid one of those cheap $500 special lawyers and they got what they paid for. Out of all the people, I was the only person not to have secondary questioning or missing paperwork from my lawyer. This proved that Daniela was the best at what she does, hands down! I looked good in an embarrassing situation and that was worth every penny!

My husband and I recently filed Chapter 7 (with success) and Daniela was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us throughout the whole process (as this was our first and hopefully our last time doing this). I would definitely recommend her to others.

I used Daniela's services seven years ago. She was very helpful and took her time going through my paper work. After I had filed for bankruptcy I had to reach out to her several times because creditors still were after me. Recently I needed to reach out to her again because I needed a copy of my filed paper work, and they were able to email me a copy right away. Very friendly and very professional. It was affordable too!
