Stand out as a branch with incompetent and rude service. Look for a different branch to do your business at, most other branches are way better.

From all my research and observations Charles Schwab has been one of the leading investment firms in the country. This one got some negative reviews, and if I find out they're flukes or not legit I'll raise my rating to 5. I'll be approaching them in the future to assist me with financial management as well.
