I've been a patient at the Charleston Center for 7years, and have never had any problems from staff. As long as you are serious about getting and staying clean, this is the best place for you. I say this because, if you want to be able to take your medicine home so you don't have to go every day, they are strict. That's what you need in order to stay clean. Kerri Reyes is my counselor, and she's great. She helps me stay focused on my goals, and stays on me if she catches me slacking. She's not mean about it. She does it in a way that makes you want to succeed. Ed, the nurse at the dosing window, he's cool and sweet as he**, and unintentionally puts a smile on my face if I am having a rough morning. The only complaint I have about the facility is the price. It is REdickulous compared to up north! Otherwise, it's the best clinic I've ever been involved in. It's the only one that I have remained clean while attending. :)

Rude and judgemental. Talked to several treatment facilities over the past 5 days and none have talked to me like I wasn't worth helping. Glad it has worked those who gave this place a good rating. This is one of the hardest things I have done, being treated the way I was makes it even harder.

This an awesome place if you are serious about your recovery! The Charleston Center and the New Life Program saved my life. The staff is great..they do whatever they can to help you and satisfy your needs.
If you need help definitely consider The Charleston Center! Especially if you're pregnant and/or have children.
JUST REMEMBER.. THEY CAN'T HELP PEOPLE THAT DON'T WANT TO HELP THEMSELVES!!
Iesha, Tosha, Tammera, Amber, Brooke, and Delouis, and Nurse Rhonda and Nurse Nicole go above and beyond to help patients. They helped make my stay pleasurable and made sure I was working my recovery!

I've been a client for years and without their help I'd be dead. ..every single staff member has treated me with the utmost respect. ..from detox, to inpatient, to outpatient and the opioid treatment program. ..I've had the most positive experience here! !

They have to report you to DSS if you call looking for substance treatment. What a way to treat women actually looking for help. Better idea to no evencall these people if you actually do take care of your children but happen to struggling.
