WARNING! Execrable #food! Total waste of $11. Eating and drinking my way through #NYC I officially state, Charleys jalapeño Philly Cheese Steaks 1 Penn Plaza Lirr Level are not New York's quality of life. Poor Penn Station's travelers forced to stress eating to saggy "gourmet fries" under terrifyingly bright yellow what's its number? substance proudly named "cheese", dusted with over-salted crumbles of... something?! Alright, being not all judging #newyorker, one thumb up is for the real tomatoes and a variety in the sauces.
food was terrible .. didn’t get my order correct & the chicken philly was DRY fries cold ..
Location is closed, spent a good 10 minutes or so doing laps around the area only to find out from Penn 1 building staff that they're closed possibly due to construction in the area.
The girl behind the counter on the morning of 11/10/19 was extremely rude and acted as if she was so annoyed to take our order, rolling her eyes throughout the entire process. When I came back up to buy a bottled water she continued to count cash and act as if she didn't see me standing there. On top of that, the cook yelled at us in a language I didn't quite understand because we had no idea that you just walk up and yell an order.. The bathrooms are disgustingly dirty and the dining room looks like it barely got cleaned. Will NEVER go back to this location. Unsanitary, mediocre food and worst of all RUDE staff!!
Interesting location, friendly quick and I guess fair pricing for Manhattan

Me and my wifey have try to eat here and online It says ya open and when we go you are not need to do better and I went at 1 pm on Saturday smh
This restaurant is no longer at this location.
Everytime when I stay in the city I have to eat One of those delicious sandwiches and the fries! Really worth a visit
