You show up and it's a 50/50 chance they are open no sign up saying they are closed no signs from the day prior stating they would be closed it is 10:00am on Tuesday 11/17/2020 and this bank has no standards they need to up there game horrible way to run a business

Not only have they been able to help me with a notary everytime I needed it, they've been amazing at setting up my accounts, and best of all when I call this branch they answer their phone unlike the store on hampden and tamarac

Great service! I lost my Chase bank card and stopped in just before closing time to apply for a new one to be sent to my new address. They were extremely kind, professional, and speedy in helping me get a new card. I'll definitely be back into this location - the staff is just awesome!

DO NOT waste your time at this branch. I have never had a problem at any other Chase branch except here, every single time.

My favorite Chase location. The people are always friendly and fast. If I do have to wait, it is never more than a minute. Great bank!
