Poorest banking experience ever. No customer service initiative, no problem solving. every time I come in I get a different teller giving me a different answer to the same question. Let’s focus on some new training and customer service. Thank you for your time, I will find a new bank.

These guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. The new manager is professional and always willing to help you out the minute he looks at you. We always work with Matt Nappo there. Very knowledgeable and hard working banker. Thanks for all your help guys!

The bank manager is very nice but the support staff are very incompetent. I have had several instances of them mistyping on a cashier's check. If you can't type correctly, perhaps try Walmart?
