Had very rude experience with the security guard and staff. Was trying to do very basics of being interested in opening an account and they were extremely rude. Please go to Wells Fargo nearby if you want reasonable customer service.
super friendly staff. very helpful with what i needed to accomplish. however, do not agree with the company policy of allowing random people/non customers to loiter in the lobby listening to loud videos, calling people names if they look at them, and mumbling under their breath walking about and causing an overall atmosphere of discomfort.
The service was good. There is no restroom. The original teller did not understand me. Which is weird because I am American and speak clear English. But, the got me taken car of. THERE IS NO PARKING

Worst experience. We had great experience with Chase but this branch is a joke and completely lack of customer care. We came to open an a account. After registration and clarification, 10 minutes later we got a printed list of required documents. Then we were told to just wait. After waiting about an hour sb came out saying the banker who was in charge of opening account could not do it for us since she had an appointment. And we were told to come back another day with appointment. This is simply so arrogant and unprofessional. If appointment is required why not make it clear first place. We drove from MD for about an hour and had to pay parking, plus the wait time, overall wasted 3 hours. I will write this up to Chase corporate customer service as well. If you are expanding service in DC MD VA please improve the customer service and experience first.
Disappointing customer service. Have encountered at least two staff at this location who feel like they are doing you a favor to manage your account with the bank. One gave me wrong information and became rude when confronted with the facts. Though I have also interacted with two others who were helpful, the overall impression is far short of my positive experiences with other similar banks.
I’m happy to write this review. The best advice that I can give is to have an appointment. Call before. These branches are new and are still working out the kinks. Rick Rico thank you for giving me great customer service. I hope that customers will work with you and get to experience great customer service as I did.
Went in to open a savings account and a checking account and talk about their Investment Services and I sat and sat and sat. Nobody even came over to greet me and say that it would just be a few minutes. Horrible experience and I'm taking my business elsewhere. Just moved to the Washington DC area and there are many more banks with better customer service than this one.
Was close to losing my mind over Chase mistakes, but Kevin found a way to smooth the situation and fix his colleague's errors. Excellent customer service, initiative, and handled my frustrations well.
This place is a amazing I got assisted and helped last minute to closing. When they say they close at 6pm its closed. I had to do this bank errand and that day was my only day I could do it and thanks to Eddy one the manager he came a assisted me and said look I will help you as much we can. He called an amazing person to assist me with my needs. Jennifer, was professional and assisted me immediately I appreciate her taking her time and staying pass the hour helping me.
