PNC Bank

I would rate this branch a zero if I could. I recently opened an account for my 17 year old son as he was starting college near by. We ran into an issue with an agreement that needed our signatures or my son would not have access to any of the funds that I had already transferred. An issue that should have taken 10 mins took over an hour. I had already returned home 5 hours away and my son and family member worked in person to resolve the issue with Charles Sumbu and I contacted customer service and spoke to Chris. Charles provided incorrect information as Chris worked hard to resolve the issue by using all the tools at his disposal to contact Charles. Chris had great difficulty reaching Charles, what does that say about potential difficulties a customer trying to access assistance at this branch may experience? The issue was finally resolved however, Charles neglected to apologize for our experience, one of the most important steps to service recovery. We will never step foot into this branch and the jury is out on whether or not I would open any additional accounts. The staff at this location needs additional training! I’m lucky to have received help from Chris!

The ATM room at PNC BANK PARK ROAD is DISGUSTING!!! Nobody ever cleans it. How are customers supposed to use the ATM with trash and old nasty, stinking, rotting food and clothes in front of the ATM?!?!! Again it ALWAYS looks like this. I am highly dissatisfied with the way this branch has allowed the ATM to be presented.

This location seems PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Although when they were open they were dysfunctional; couldn't expect more from a bank in the middle of a GHETTO afterall. They received MILLION$ of stimulus or covid-19 incentive$ but they did not help the customers who made them. Pity!

Veronica, at the front desk, was swift and kind and super helpful. She navigated the system flawlessly and got me a new debit card in less than 10 minutes.

A few months later I realized a branch manager did not set up my high yield savings account properly; I was not earning a high yield rate as guaranteed. It took a call center to resolve an issue.

This PNC branch tends to be frustrating. Lines are long and patrons are generally difficult which is no fault of the bank's, which translates to slow service. I avoid it as a rule, although sometimes it can't be helped.

After having such a horrible experience at the Chinatown location. I decided to come in and give these guys 5 stars for being so awesome. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great customer service and diverse language options. I really like this branch!
