Chase Bank

Excellent service, professional and helpful staff. The bank teller that had helped me, Mr Abutouq, even allowed me to watch World Cup on his phone, while I was going through the paperwork and opening an account.

Horrible customer service. I went to DEPOSIT money into an account and because the person wasn't with me although I was on the phone with them, she simply pushed everything back to me and wouldn't help me although I was willingly to answer any question of proof. It's one thing if I was withdrawing money, but I'm depositing. What benefit am I getting if I'm just depositing money?? She didn't even have to give me any type of receipt. What kind of bank wants new clients if they just pushed away a possible client? Instead of trying to help me, she just dismissed from her window without trying anything. What she actuality did was dismiss me from Chase Bank forever...

Can someone fix the door so There could be access with a card 2 weeks later still broken

Ok Chase branch, though every time I go there they ask me if I use the Chase app, which is starting to get annoying.
