Wasted my day getting here only to discover that it is 'closed for emergency reasons' with no explanation as to why or hint at how long that'll last. Thanks, now all the banks are closed and I won't be able to get to another one for a week. I'll think of you when the electricity goes off.

Very unprofessional. Employee walked right past me and another customer waiting to speak to someone. She didn’t greet us or acknowledged that we would be helped soon or anything. She proceeded to put on her coat and left. It’s one staff person in the office so me and other customer have been seating for what seems like forever

Would give zero but there’s no option , completely unprofessional, have to wait 45 minutes to open a checking account, the lady had an attitude, place was dirty and no where to sit, and they spray painted a handicap signs on the parking spaces !

Atm always has a huge line and the last 4 times you can't withdraw or deposit what it the point?

I went there few times to deposit checks for friends some employees are unprofessional.

This branch is Closed down. Gone.

Good customer service but sometimes it becomes slow.

No window service. People only speak spanish
