Absolutely poor service. Went in a couple weeks ago for a credit card application with an authorized user attached. Was told all was good to go - until the authorized user didn’t receive a card. Called Chase to find out what happened - application was done incorrectly! Must be fixed in person. And guess what? Can’t walk into a branch and expect to talk to a banker that day - you have to have an appointment. Great not really- stupid business model. Book an appointment for this afternoon and it gets cancelled- and there’s nothing available until next week!! Despicable company, despicable service. If there was a better travel card out there we would have absolutely just cancelled the one we opened to avoid dealing with Chase - and you bet I’ll be keeping an eye out for better travel card options.
My father went to speak with someone regarding missing deposits from his account. The account rep looked at him and instead of helping him, offered to help the person standing beside him, afterwards he offered to help another person standing beside my father. Not even offering to help my father. My father waited 15 minutes and then got up and left. This is ridiculous! Ignore the elderly! What happened to respecting your elders? No decency.
Terrible customer service. Don’t return follow up calls or emails. I’ll save the reps name but the reviews below this only go to prove that this branch is thoroughly neglected.
Terrible, terrible customer service. Made a deposit and was shorted $1000!!! It has been a month and it has not been corrected. Even though I have provided documentation including copies of the check. It has been over a month and every time I speak with someone I get a different answer. Bottom line this is theft.
I had credit card with Chase for some years and decided to finally move away from my credit union entirely. I opened up a new account and had to make several visits to this branch to get fund transfers finalized. Every single visit was a pleasant experience. Sure, there was one time where there was an hour wait but that was a non-issue for me. I think they offer scheduled appointments. They also did not turn me away when I arrived a half hour before close like some other reviews have mentioned. Regardless, the staff were kind, patient, and thorough when assisting me and I highly recommend this branch.
Chase is the worst bank I’ve ever encountered. Despite making sure I would not have any fees with my accounts they have been charging me monthly and random fees. I asked that they return me these funds but they would not do so. This is stealing with justification by “fine print.” I was reassured upon account opening that I wouldn’t have any fees. This is dishonest, predatory and unfair. I hope this bank fails. I came in good faith to do business with chase but their practices are akin to that of a filthy animal.
What a waste of time working with Chase. They have been taking fees from me for months for alleged services. They will not return them. I came in good faith to start business accounts and I was assured I would not be charged any fees. Either the agent that set me up was completely incompetent and/or a liar or this is a predatory and disgusting organization. I will be closing all my accounts with chase. What a colossal waste of time. You are crooks. Shame on you.
The phone customer service is horrible, and you may take a year to get your debit card. Don’t ever go to Chase, honestly.
I went in to link my SSN to my account, transfer my foreign currency from my forex card into my account, and get some quarters. I appreciate Daisy's patient help through it all. I have always received correct information and good help from all tellers I've interacted with at this branch. Always look forward to visiting.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Staff is incompetent and offers poor service.
