Just for the parking ticket I got while in their parking lot after hours I'm probably not going to do business with them. There were no barriers and the sign stated I was there outside of their business hours. Diamond parking might not be the best if they can't read their own signs.
Zions bank is full of bad systems and incompetence. When changing my address they managed to get it wrong multiple times, making it so payments don't go through. When I needed a new card they took 2 months to send it because somehow someone didn't enter in the information correctly. I called today to five a travel notice and they wasted 30 minutes of my time without getting anything done.
Great location, right on Main Street. Assistance was quick and helpful. Will come here again!
