Chase Bank

No all up ATM, had to stand outside in the only two drive up ATMs with a like of cars in a blizzard. Closed early with no warning, probably due to weather. Have a WALK UP 24/7 ATM!

So I drove way out of my way to go to this chase ATM. There were no signs on the ATM saying they can't do withdrawals.... But if your machines don't work. Why aren't there signs saying so?

DO NOT CHOOSE CHASE BANK..worst experience EVER! My card is not delivered to this day..I have been three weeks without a card and the customer service is beyond rude! They hung up on me

GREAT THEY HAVE 2 OUTSIDE ATMS! BUT THERE IS NO WALK UP ONLY ATMS JUST THE DRIVE THRU ATMS. SURE YOU CAN USE THEM AS WELL BUT YOU RISK GETTING HIT OR IF THERE IS A LONG LINE BECAUSE THERE IS 6 CARS IN BOTH LANES WAITING TO USE IT, YOU WILL BE THERE 30 MIN TO AN HOUR.

There's a post on your windows saying drive-up hours, open at 8:00am Monday through Friday. I have been waiting until 8:20 and nobody show up.

Worse service ever!!! Took 30min to just cash a check from chase!! I don’t know if they are trying to save on labor but they DEFINITELY need more workers.

Nicest people on the planet, especially the man working the drive up today around 3:50!

Don't open an account at Chase! They charge me random fees and I can't close it until I pay it or else they'll talk to other banks! Biggest regret ever opening Chase!

Fast service just was curious when u was allowed to withdraw 3 grand with no I'd requested just card and pin other then that busy place but there lines move
