Lady at front would rather text and drink her big old orange drink in front of me instead of helping me first. No name tag so I cant tell you who she is.
The bank is scheduled to open at 9 a.m. I've been here since 8:59 a.m. and it's now 9:30 a.m. to get answers regarding why my account wasn't closed when I requested. Now, I'd like to know what reputable business, namely a national chain, doesn't open on time? I will never open another account here, EVER!
The worst experience I've had at a bank. Rude, careless staff with no customer service skills or training. Period.
