Chase Bank

Teller services are not very kind and not doing their job well to answer customers needs. I have no choice but go to the one of their branches at 82nd street even if this 75th street location is the closest from my place. They need to improve their quality of service.

No ppl waiting and asked me to wait in line they just have form with names and doesn’t seem to care abt customers!!

Bank service good but need more ATM machine on outdoor. Always line.

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment with Elvis and when i came turns out he wasnt there, he didn't even contacted me to cancel the appointment and i was coming from Kew Gardens all the way to this branch.. will not come back again.. no respect for customers

Always crowded and one teller working to handle rush .this is a busy branch .chase should fix this problem thanks

One of the most worsen customer service. I felt I am in a third world country. Need to improve all the fields. OMG..!
