Chase Bank

The customer service in this Chase is severely lacking. The teller I approached during my visit was rude, and they never pick up the phone and yes, I am calling during business hours.

Worst place there is no Maneger in this bank ???? When I ask for Maneger they told me no one is here I have this bank more then ten years choose other bank I am changing the bank

During Cash deposit " Business Hours" the machine shutdown for maintenance the machine has no transaction log. I Call Support they told me must wait 2 weeks to investigate " WELCOME TO CENTURY 21"

I agree. Had horrible customer service here. Went because it was close to my house. My other account is with Apple on 78 Street and 37 ave and they are really great! Know what they are doing, nice to you, speak your language, it’s worth the extra walk! And the ATMs work!

Worst service I’ve ever seen in Chasebank. Front desk girl does nothing, keep telling people no, can’t do, she can’t help.

Worst Branch I've ever been to. The people who work here are at least polite, but the wait times are ridiculous! One teller every single day of the week, and it's located in a very busy area af Jackson heights. I don't know if chase is struggling with resources or this Branch is terribly administered.

Great branch, very helpful staff. Sometimes there is a bit of wait, however they did help me out right before closing. Thank you for helping me open my account, and explaining everything.
