Do not go to this chase bank to take out money or do an ATM transaction!! Was gonna take out $50 with 1 $20 bill and 6 $5 bills. The atm gave me 6 singles1$ bills instead of the 6 $5!! Other people had their withdrawals robbed too. Well this was for apparently the only working atm when i went there a few days ago. The other atms were out of use or you couldn’t do certain transactions!! Had my case fixed and money returned a few days later after i called, but please do not trust this location!!

This is by far the fastest branch in Manhattan, when it comes to service. Also, this is a very large branch, with the most teller windows. There is also the private wealth management division located on the premises.

The staff is so nice and they can always be counted on for notary services. I will always come back to this branch.

The ATM at this location didn't properly dispense cash and I was double charged. Had to waste time with my bank correcting the error. Fix your ATMs!

Staff is friendly but boy is the service slow at the teller window.
