I have no idea why anyone would be dissatisfied by the customer service in that branch. I walked in there 7 years ago as a dumb European citizen trying to open a U.s. account and still present day, this branch gives me top notch customer service every single day! To give you an example even the branch manager himself doesn’t mind to come from behind his desk and walk the steps up to bring me to the correct employee to help me out, he could just instruct someone else or pick up the phone but nope, he walks with me. That’s the spirit in that branch, always. I think it’s all about respect and the attitude you enter the branch with. The employees are people who work for a living Just like us but give us advice on what is possible for our budgets and they do that very well. Of course if you walk in thinking your going to get a loan or credit card with a bad record then don’t be angry at the branch, be angry at that person you see in the mirror. It’s sad that some so called customers really use reviews to discredit hard working people who actually do an amazing job and handle all our frustrations we have, everyday on top of what they deal with in day to day job responsibilities. You do know you can give positive and honest reviews as well ha? Have a lovely day everyone.
I'd give 0 Stars if there was an option. Not responsive, not willing to help, I have no idea what is the reason those consultants even sit in the branch all day long. Zafar Khaqan who supposedly is an advisor and a point of contact doesn't even respond to e-mails. AI call systems is a much better help even comparing to these humans.
Terrible service. I arrived at 5:15 p.m. and would like to assign my friend as the authorized person of my account. However, the Financial Consultant said they closed the system 10 minutes ago, even though this branch closes at 5:30 p.m. Is the operating progress NORMAL for all the citi banks???
Even though this branch closes at 5:30 don’t expect anyone to pick up the phone after 5:00pm. You can hear the employee manually pick up and transfer your phone call to voicemail, this happened a couple of times. Terrible service.
Trying to get through to the bank through their telephone AI is horrendous. Loop after loop to avoid answering your call and saving money in return. I almost always have to walk to a branch just to speak to a human.
Good place for an atm. Service can be slow.
I have dealt with Pashko at this bank. He is incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful - recommend you use someone else if you do go

ONLINE IT CLEARLY STATES THAT THEY CLOSE AT 6PM. GOT THERE AT 5:30PM AND WAS TURNED AWAY BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSED FOR THE DAY. THANKS FOR NOTHING. LOOKS LIKE I WILL BE GOING TO TD BANK ACROSS THE STREET.
