Awesome! I didn't get the chance to kayak but I saw a few people kayaking near the boat launch. There were manatees swimming within arms distance of the kayakers. Large birds lined the trees along the water relaxing in the sun. It was calm and relaxing sitting on the peir starring of into the landscape. Is would be a great place to bring the family to get away from the congestion of the city.

Florida's flora and fauna at its best. Kayaking is the best. Visit the headstrong for a delightful swim in a clear spring.
