I recently signed my 2nd lease. Location and apt are great. However the resident activities truly make the difference. Makes our community outstanding and residents feel valued. Thanks to Rachael!
The only reason I’m giving this place 5 stars is because of Rachel and all her hard work/dedication she puts into all the events!! The place is nice, but it lacks amenities for the price. Maintenance is great, but they lack employees for it.
I give 5 stars to Rachel for the events the apartments are pretty pricey with little amenities but the events definitely make up for it had a great time taking my granddaughter to them you can tell she puts a lot of time and thought into them
I find it interesting that most of the poorer reviews have absolutely no explanation behind them. I have lived here for 3 months now after moving in the very end of November. My experience here so far has been fantastic. If there is an award for apartment manager of the year, and Mary Knight hasn't already won it, she deserves it. Mary is highly responsive, a problem solver, and has worked with me, with Seldin company, and with community resources on making my new apartment and neighborhood highly accessible for me with my disability-related needs. The maintenance team is awesome and complete requests in a timely manner. I absolutely love the layout of this beautiful neighborhood, my spacious apartment, the smart home features, the community events I've been invited to several virtual events, food trucks here in the neighborhood, etc.. My neighbors are super friendly and never too loud. I'm so thankful to live here at the Château! -RJ
I have been a renter/ tenant for almost 3 years and I can honestly say that this is the best placed I’ve had the pleasure of living at. I’ve rented in many states/ cities, including Maine, Vermont, North Carolina, and New York City, but nothing compares to the Chateau and here’s why… The Chateau is more like a neighborhood than a “complex.” They are high quality, very spacious, safe/ secure apartments, and on a well-kept property cheers to our great landscapers! But perhaps the greatest reason why this is a true gem is because of Mary property manager. Mary treats every problem that comes her way as a new opportunity to make things right. She has a way of approaching a problem from a different angle or experimenting with an out-of-the-box solution. Moreover, she is highly relatable, communicates through texts/emails/ or community flyers, extremely understanding, and builds relationships based on trust and respect. My two toddlers ask me daily go visit, “Mary in the Office!” We are so thankful for Mary because she encourages our little neighborhood to attend monthly parties and events catered to both kids and adults my favorite is always sushi night! Thanks to the events, I know and enjoy living with my neighbors who are on a first-name basis. So, if you are looking for an apartment with a neighborhood feel, one that feels like a community rather than a “complex,” then I highly recommend checking out Chateau at Hillsborough.
We toured multiple complexes around Omaha before encountering this property and immediately fell in love with Chateau at Hillsborough the second we walked in! The Community Business Manager, Mary, was very responsive to emails and calls something other properties around Omaha struggled with and was always willing to help. She was accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. We are very excited to move in to our new apartment next month!
Love living here! Apartment staff are friendly and quick to respond to any issues that may arise. Beautiful apartments!
These were quiet, well designed, luxery apartments. I enjoyed living here. Mary and her staff were great always quick to respond when I had questions. They are the nicest apartments in the area. I would highly recommend this complex.
Don’t move here they don’t do snow removal and the parking lot is a sheet of ice. The plumbing is horrible and there is no parking in the complex. If you do get a parking stall your vehicles will get door Dings. If you don’t park in a parking stall they will threaten to tow you vehicle away when they don’t have any signs saying no parking. Maintenance don’t come and fix anything and if they do it takes over a month. The apartments are over priced for having to deal with this kind of things. Apartments look nice but don’t let the fake Countertop fool you when looking at this place.
