At Eagle Run in northwest Omaha, Nebraska, our spacious one bedroom and two bedroom apartment homes will amaze you. All of our apartment buildings are controlled access entry. We provide you with a full size washer and dryer in each unit, and a kitchen with all appliances, such as icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, etc. We also provide snow removal and lawn care for your convenience. Our community offers a 24-hour workout facility, and a game room with a pool table and ping-pong table. Our outdoor swimming pool and sundeck are the place to be during the summer months. We are ideally located next to restaurants, grocery stores, recreational parks, sports facilities, entertainment and shopping centers. We are just minutes away from anything you'll need, including easy access to the interstate.

Pet Policy:
We welcome your furry family members! Cats and dogs are both welcome. There is a single $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee plus $25 pet rent per pet each month. No more than 2 pets per apartment, and they cannot weigh more than 35 pounds. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. Certain dog breeds are restricted. Restricted breeds include: Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit bulls, Rottweilers and Saint Bernards. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed. Cats are not required to be declawed.
