Fantastic experience! Just moved to the Indy area and was looking for a new primary care. I drove in from Franklin for first visit, and I will be driving back without question. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sondra was incredibly attentive. Would definitely recommend to anybody and everybody of all backgrounds.

Never have i ever received more personal one on one care than I have here at Chatham Care. Cassandra Smith and and the rest of the staff are absolutely so caring and wonderful! She's amazing to say the least!!! Thank you all for giving me the most amazing care I could possibly imagine!

I love going to Chatham Care P C, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. I am a very private person and very particular, and they meet my standard. I love Dr. Blackwell, he is the best. He listen to me and he ask all the right questions and he is very personable, and I am satisfied.
