It’s impossible to get through to them. After on hold for almost 30 minutes you’ll get hung up on only to have to call back and wait another 30 min. It’s happened every single time. The staff that checks you in are all super nice & sweet. However, the doctors seem rushed and never address your concerns.

My mom gets her regular checkup at this health care center. I always accompany my mom throughout the checkup and my experience has been great. Everyone treat us with respect and care. I especially want to thank the pharmacist for taking care of my mom with her patient assistance and medications.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone EVER... It's literally impossible. I was also told I wouldn't get charged an office visit fee for my COVID-19 test, and I just received an invoice in the mail.

The worst place.. thats why I like more the one on 56 st

If I could rate zero stars, I would. They don’t properly disclose all of the charges. The staff is rude and look miserable. Do not come here.

I have been a patient here for several years, my doctor has changed 5 times in 7 years! As soon as get used to a doctor, they change it. It's like a clinic for the poor and people on government assistance.
