I went during nighttime so there wasn’t that many people. I LOVED their coconut soup because the flavor wasn’t too strong but wasn’t too plain either. Their vegetables were also good and I liked that they gave everyone some cleaning wipes in cause our hands got dirty. One thing that I didn’t really like was that their sliced chicken in the bread had a lot of vegetables and not enough of the chicken but then that might be my own preference. Overall it had a pretty great environment and the taste was good but maybe it might be better to come later cause for me there wasn’t a lot of people.
This is our go to place for dim sum when we out. We love eating here. Environment is good. This place is packed usually. The service is good. The 3 Star I am giving is for the TWO out of eight dishes we had. We had the lobster with sticky rice. Everyone at the table loved the sticky rice with lobster. There was very little sticky rice that came with it - definitely not enough to go around. We had a 10 people 4 kids at the table, and maybe 3 Adults couldn't eat it due to shellfish allergy. They were rather stingy with the sticky rice. [We went to Congee Village a few weeks ago and they gave us so much sticky rice]. The restaurant could have charged us a higher price for the lobster and sticky rice and we wouldn't have noticed. Next we ordered green leafy vegetables don't have the exact name, the vegetables were old and tough to eat. Hardly anyone touched the dish. It was just left there to take home and mix into a blender. I still highly recommend this place. Sorry for the low review.
Food is pretty good and service was very nice. Roasted pig skin very crispy and meat was tender and juicy.
First time for me here. Was a birthday dinner celebration with around 80 guests. Food was on the average for me. I came in hungry but didn't actually eat much. Was it just the quality of the food or that I didn't feel comfortable in a area where I had people all around me. I think to be fair I will need to come back again and give it another try on my own.
I came here for my first seafood banquet, I was impressed with the large portions that we're served family style, they even pack up the left overs for your table. The quality of food was food the only con was the servers rushing to move on to the next course.
I rated it two because I do not like the way they do business. We ordered a king crab menu. The menu included a 5 lbs king crab. When we arrived, they said they had no more 5 lb king crab. They offered us a 12 lbs king crab. Each pound extra costed us $38 each. Food and service were not bad. The servers were trying hard to make us satisfied because of this situation. If you go, please make sure how many lbs of king crab they have available.
Went for a private event in the upstairs space. Food was good, we enjoyed every dish. Good service as well. A few Chinese guests said the food was authentic Chinese cuisine.
Specialized in emperor crabs, abalone, Poon Choi a basin full of expensive ingredients, village style bang for the buck place
