Loved this retail store. It contains work clothes, shoes, belts, ties, gloves, utensils at an affordable price. The store has been in the same location for over 40 years. There is a lot of history there. Charlie told me the history of the surrounding area and it was a treat visiting the area. No one is a stranger when shipping at Cheap Charlie's. The customer service is amazing

This is definitely your shop for FR clothes and other uniforms you need. Prices are great! Has plenty new and pre-owned items! Cheap Charlie's is the place to go!

I absolutely love this place. I purchased some items earlier this morning. Taken them home and they didn't fit. So I called to see their policy on returns/exchanges. So I was informed that they only do exchanges and store credit. Later on that day, I brought the merchandise back to exchange, and the lady helped me out to find me a pair of pants. I really appreciate her assistance in helping me find a pair of pants that fit.

Great place to shop for used work clothes, and they do have new, cook gear, industrial work, gloves, boots, cookware, pots, pans, ect. I highly recommend.

All I wanted was a cheap pair of coveralls. The saleswoman was friendly and helpful. She asked what size shirt I wore and immediately directed me to the right size coveralls to buy. I got a nice pair of used coveralls for $14.95. Yes, they were cheap, Charlie. :-

Not sure how this place has gotten poor reviews. Cheap Charlie's has a deep selection of used and some new workwear. I asked the woman working the counter a handful of questions and she was happy to answer what she could and the questions she didn't have the answer to she suggested I ask cheap charlie himself who was right outside the front door. I'll stop back in again next time I'm in town.

Whatever you do, do not call before you come here because they DO NOT like to be asked questions about their inventory before you make the trip here. I have bought my work clothes here for years and will never shop here again after being yelled at by the rude clerk for calling to ask what their hours were and some of their inventory. Typical ghetto Detroit customer service skills...or lack of.

A place for us cheap folks

Not good today!!! Service was not the best. My prime rib was not good at all, medium but was to done and dry!! But the waitress never came back to ask how the food was. Usually a lot better!!
