I came in Tuesday after work around 5 of last week in a really big jam. Nicole Major was pleasant however the rep that helped me was not. She told me there was nothing she could do. I'm guessing primarily because my situation needed more time. I left but decided to try again around the same time on Friday. Alexis was awesome! I received a loan & was out the door in less than 30 minutes. I'm very appreciative of the help I received. Thanks so much!
