"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

They stay busy from what I can tell, went to walk up window to order and could see maybe six girls just moving to fill orders. The person whom took my order was a people person. I like that! Overall experience was great. Giving here the big thumbs up. Also, side note…. In less than 5, maybe 5 my order for two was done and being handed out a window from a lady with a big smile on her face. I loved my experience here!!!!
Better than average food for a fast food chain, friendly and quick service. Don't know why a soda costs over $3....oh well! Still good enough for me to return.
Personally I very sell to meet fast food. But I pick up a doordash from this place quite often even if the line is long they are very efficient and friendly. That's more than I can say for a lot of the fast food places... for late night snacks this seems to be the place to go at least it's the place to order from because I do pick up from here a lot after midnight.
Other then the Manager outside doing interviews in 20 degree weather....the food was good and fresh as always. Crew was young people but they were respectful and professional. Parking: Located in a lot so there are plenty of spaces to park here
Having two drive thru lanes is a waste as the employees only have the mental capacity to run one. Then again, how much customer service can one expect at a fast food burger joint.
just out running errands. Quick ordering. Short wait. Food hot and ready. It was Delicious. Ordered that mushroom and swiss burger. It l@@ked and still tastes good! Yummy!
The fact that I have to pay 25 cents for employee retention when the girl mumbled and got irritated when I asked her to repeat herself. I don't go often and won't return to this location at all.Food: 5/5
Every time I come here, my order is always right, fries are always fresh and hot, and employees are kind. Doesn't matter what time of day either - if you have to do fast food, choose this Checkers.
I guess the food would have been, I suppose it's really not the restaurants fault but the driver they sent didn't even knock so I waited for like an hour and a half the delivery time was around 45 mins for .1 miles then called 3 times to get no answer and the food was left in the hall. I really hate how you tip ahead...
Love there food always nice and hot just need to improve on that drive-thru service speediness and have both windows open during rush hour maybe that will help
