There were two cars ahead of me and the drive thru was extra ordinary slower than usual. I had a very simple order, a posted $7 combo. After I paid for the order, I thought that I would be on my way in a minute or so, yet I was asked to drive to the other side where the previous two cars ahead of me were also waiting. I asked for a small courteous cup of coke as good gesture and the manager refused. These things usually happens when I am pressed for time. I waited another ten minutes before I was finally on my way. Fast food is sometimes very slow. BTW, I rec'd no thank yous for your patronage, and no smiles. Management responded a few days later to ask me to complete a survey. I could not do it because I did not save my receipt and it required my receipt to give them the store number, code or receipt number. I do not know anyone who saves their receipts from fast foods. I think that my review here was self-explanatory enough.

If I could give this location no stars that would be my rating, I’ve visited this location about three times in the last two months and each visit is awful, you call they don’t answer you order the smallest thing your being pulled around the building to a whole other line of cars and not to mention they’re not friendly and they never give me my receipt EVER. Last night I visited this specific location again had to turn around out of my drive way and go back because the whole bag of food was soiled from the wing sauce in the container at the bottom of the bag, with that being said when I took my completely torn up and open bag up there and let them know my food was all over my floor board they insisted on "where is the food" which I definitely understand but at the same time I had to go pick up food that had been soaked in hot sauce off of my floor board just for her to tell me to throw it away. I wasn’t going to eat food off of the car floor anyway that’s why I brought the bag back this location needs to fix their attitudes, SOS, and their customer service in general no excuses.

Service was slow. The food was hot, but it tasted dry, not worth the $10 it cost me.

Terrible service just a bunch of confusion we ordered our food and someone else got on to the mic and he repeated our order and once we got our food the tenders that they gave us was hard and not hotFood: 3/5

My wife & I were on a date & normally service is good but not so much this time. First our reservations was @ 4:30 & we didn't get seated until 5:00 which I was upset about.They told us that they crowded but once we were seated you could clearly see they were lying. Our chef had no personality he only did 2 tricks. Now the waitresse was ok but they had her working to many tables. The prices have gone up & the portion sizes have gotten a lot smaller which is not good.

Food made my son and wife have diarrhea. They only ate the food and soon after they were ill.Food: 1/5
