Meh, ordered lunch for 2.. ordered some fries because the pics looked amazing. About $1 per bite of food and it was okay at best. Pretty disappointed with the portion for the price. $45 for lunch for us.
I don't like to give good reviews to be honest! The staff on a Saturday night shift, were great! Food was greasy of course it fried and the food not healthy not my type of food! For people who are stereotyping Detroit standards, costumer service went above and beyond, the women manager was great and the rest of her team! Can't speak for order mishaps, cause I didn't receive my bad order that night!
First time ordering from here the only thing good was my fries. I had a Buffalo chicken sandwich. I didn't ask for dressing there was some kind of dressing on it. Then there was no flavor at all for the price it wasn't worth it I'll never order from here again.
The sandwich was decent, very filling but she told me there is no charge for mayo and then charged me for mayo. I don't mind paying for what I want but why say there is no charge and it is? Not in love but I would try again maybe at a different location.
I really enjoyed the food but the girl at the register took to long with my food and she was talking alot to customer wasn't really helping her crew out. Just poor customer service.
Decided to give this place a shot since they're close to the house. The staff was pretty nice and helpful in going over the menu. I went with the Munchin with Michael spicy chicken sub, it was ok, didn't live up to what I expected. I think most people order steak subs here. This place is usually packed, and was during my visit. I can say the Cajun fries were pretty good, but the meal overall was pretty expensive $18 for 12" sub combo.
I'll give them 4 stars but I recommend going in to order. The corn beef egg rolls where awesome and so where the fries. Just disappointed on the sub. Ordered the reaper with jalapeno and extras and seemed like it was nothing but meat, lettuce and . Not even spicy at all. I honestly added extra reaper hot sauce to get the taste. But over all I would order from there again. Not your run of the mill subway for sure.
Waste of 10 bucks. I ordered the brisket fries. This isn't bristol. Fries unseasoned. I added cheese....it was almost non existent. The staff of 2 women had unfriendly attitudes which result in poor customer service. I added ranch...this was good. Nothing good about these two or the food this day. Almost forgot, they were quick, but had no other customers in store. I would go the ZZ market on Cass for a much better experience.
I am disgusted by this place. Two of the employees refused to serve me because I am white, and I got my food and the chicken was raw. I don't mean undercooked a little, I mean absolutely raw. I really hope I don't get sick.
Excellent cheesesteaks for metro Detroit. Always add the spicy pepper relish. Loaded tots are great too.
