Checkers

During my drive thru visit. I was greeted why a loud hello. I started asking for an order of funnel fries, the guy in the speaker said they dont have any. I asked did you run out, he said yea. Every checkers however never has them even early in the day. I then asked for an order of fried of which I was talking to myself no one responded and when I said hello are you there no response. I closed my window as it's cold outside. Asked for small fries and a hotdog. The guy did not give me a total, told me to "pull up fo your hotdog and medium fry". I pulled up I saw employees laughing and conversing as I waited for my order and total and someone to come to the window. I got an attitude, rude employees and unlikable food as the hotdog smelled bad and fried were burned and there was trash in my food bag not from me. Not recommended by any chance.

I've been going to this checkers for about five years now and I've never had a problem. The food is always fresh and I never have to wait a long time and the service is always friendly. The young people that run this checkers do a great job and it seems much cleaner than the McDonald's across the street or the KFC next door

After searching for something to eat forever we finally found this to be the only thing open in the area. So after placing our order we approach the window to be Greeted by a worker with no uniform, gloves or hair net. She cooked the food right there and bagged it she never put our money in the register. We were told that 2 Med sized number 6's and an extra fry was $22. When we got the bag there were 3 small fries all less than half full and the cups were small. We were told that there were nomore med or large cups when they were sitting stacked up next to the window in clear view. We were never given a receipt and when we gave the bag back and requested a refund the girl walked over to the corner and came back with a 20 dollar bill and a 1 dollar bill when I told her she was a dollar short she said she had 4 quaters in her pocket. I can't belive that they don't use the register,give receipts, and blatantly steal money right in front of customers. They don't even give you the full size you pay for lie about not having cups and they don't even hide the damn cups.This girl had to ask what we ordered in order to refund. I really wonder how many ppl go through this at this location. Management needs to handle this situation. I'm calling corporate on these ppl. The last time there was only 1 person working and she moved so slow and was so busy talking on her phone we went to crown fried. Guess what same thing tonight. At least they have large cups open late and give you what you pay for, and you come out way cheaper too. So if this place doesn't want to send their customers down the street they better fix these issues.

This location is the king of scam. If you go here at night and use a card the drive thru person will promptly double charge you. Not even the same amount. It's like they charge you for the food you actually paid for. And then a separate order they just falsify themselves with a different amount. If you read reviews on this location you will notice that this is a common theme with this restaurant. I guess it is obvious why they don't give you a receipt. I only bought a #1 combo medium which is $9.30 after tax why do I have a second charge on my account for $14.87? I'd rate this location 0 stars if possible.

Fish sandwich was sloppily made and bland. Lemonade was watered down. Fries were good. Pulled up and was told there was a limited menu fish, hot dogs and fries but as I was waiting for my order I saw them making wings. Save your money. Not a good experience at all.

DO NOT GO HERE. The employees commit CREDIT CARD FRAUD here. I came here tonight June 5th, I had ordered a #2 which should have been around 9 or 10 bucks after tax. The lady at the window walked away with my card and was gone a long time, a little weird I thought. She never gave me a recipe. I go online and check my bank account & this Checker's location charged my card $18.00!! 18 dollars for fries and a burger??! I tried calling the location and nobody answered the phone. The people that manage this place are dishonest and shady. I'd give zero stars. I actually had to call my bank & dispute the charges because I know they ripped me off. I'm so disgusted that this location would try to take advantage of people...especially during the Covid19. I've read the reviews left by other customers & other people have complained about them overcharging for their meals and refusing to hand out receipts as well. Awful, dishonest, unprofessional. I'd highly advise not going here.

Horrendously slow, food is sub par French fries may be ok if you like sweet potato fries but not a fan. It was going to be 3 stars because it was just average but one of the Chicken Bites I had still had BONE IN IT. It just, no horrible

Sunday, May 3rd at 9pm, I decided to go to the drive thru and orders two Number 1's and wanted a 5 PC wings. I was told they only had 10PC and was forced to get them. When I pulled up to the window, the woman told me that my total is $41. I asked, "How is it that much?" She said the meals plus the $13.99 wings and tax was the reason. Mind you she didn't mention the meal price which I orders the small and the 10PC wings are not $13.99. After I paid, I told her I wanted a receipt and she said the machine was broken. I was literally robbed in front of my face and couldn't believe the scam they are running at this location. It's no wonder the drive thru across the street at McDonald's was full. For $40 you can get 4 meals and some nuggets, but at Checker's this lady makes up prices to steal from you. So that 2 meals and 10PC wings with no receipt comes to $41. It's a shame and it's my first and last time going to this location. By the way my burgers were cold when I checked my bag to make sure my food was in the bag and my wings looked about 1 hour old. Talk about sandbagging food.... Do not go here!!!

Aren't too many around, so just was in the area and stopped in. Food was good, staff was nice, have to deduct 1 star for an almost 20 minute wait for the food, however. That's not really acceptable especially when no other cars were even in the drive through.

Staff are highly unprofessional! Asked for a receipt and was told the machine was down! $22 for two sandwiches and fries someone needs to give me a damm receipt ! Paid with my card to keep a paper trail. Corporate has already been informed.
