As a pediatric neurologist for Temple University Hospital after working a 16 hour shift I did a ubereats pickup order on 3/6/24 @ 230pm I waited in the rain while the KFC employee finished her lunch while the doors were locked she was rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone to visit this location.Food: 1/5
Bad quality of the fried chicken is not like the normal standard for the brand. Inside looks very dirty, even where they show the chicken. Definitely really badFood: 1/5
Totally trash operation. No chicken during lunch rush. Making me wait 18 minutes for “fast food”. Couldn’t even cancel cuz it was a prepaid mobile order that was marked as “ready for pickup”.Food: 3/5
Worse service , don’t even go there . They super slow
This is my favorite KFC that I’ve ever been to. I used to come here all the time but I moved to Delaware but today I was in Philly for something and went out my way to stop at this KFC because I have always appreciated the good food and fast service here and it was very good as usual. Plus the staff working there was very friendly. The KFC in Delaware where I live now is not like this, trust me.
I just love the food thereFood: 5/5
This place is not crowded however its not clean at all. Despite the good crispy chicken skin, the chicken has some weird smells. Been here 2 times and never come back.Food: 1/5
Stopped there because I haven't been in a while. a man kept going to the cash register but never acknowledged me at the window. Finally a female did not greet me but restated the total. I paid with exact change and she put the bag in the opening and walked away. The new 2/$5 chicken wraps were heavily drowned in nothing but mayo and Cole slaw. I couldn't even eat it, mayo slaw was everywhere.
Convenient location on Broad. Service is really friendly and quick. Food was good. Building is a bit outdated, but it's nothing terrible. I would rather it be open, unlike The neighboring Checkers.Food: 5/5
I had a terrible experience at this KFC. The cashier never gave me back my debit card.. my bank texted me about some fraudulent activity. Come to find out that my debit card was used in several establishments in the area. I called the kfc to inquire about my debit card. And the so called manager tells me that my husband came to pick up the debit card. Mind you, I'm not married. And she never asked him for his Id because his last name would have been the same as mine. And she's gonna blame me. It was never supposed to be given to somebody else. I believe they were all in on it. I'll be OK because God got me. Plus, the bank is taking care of me. But remember, God doesn't like ugly.
