Service was excellent! My technician went above and beyond my expectations. Carpets look great. Scheduling was super easy too! Will definitely use them again!
My service tech did an amazing job! Really thought the carpet was beyond redemption. Even the realtor was stunned about the before and after look. Tech was friendly, polite, thoughtful, quick and on time. Extremely pleased.
My husband and I both agreed that the carpets did not smell clean after they left. There was weird smell that didn't go away until the carpets were fully dry. There were several heavier wet spots that I had to use a few towels to soak up excess water. The one thing I did like was not having the typical carpet streaks.
