Chesapeake Bay ASAP

I've been calling for two weeks now off and on trying to get ahold of someone but just like before they're impossible to talk to. We have all these things they require us to do when they can't even pick up the phone so we can . Total BS.

The ASAP program barely answer the phones, you have to keep calling back to back. But some of the receptionist that do answer the phones they are rude and unprofessional when speaking with clients.

Will not answer the phone no matter how many times you call

What can I say all the reviews are spot on never answer the phone case managers quit without telling you etc etc

The phone system alone shows how little regard this place has for helpful service. Every option is meant to reroute you out so no one has to do their job. This whole program is little more than a cash grab pretending to serve the community. It should be dismantled and replaced with something useful.

Fast to take your money or violate u but when your done they take there time to approve your removal trying to see if they can violate u
