DAV Chapter 20

The staff were very professional and informative.

Today is 2-11-2020. I came here to put in a claim. I was presented with nothing but attitude. The guy talking wasn't even trying to let me talk. He acted like he had a huge chip on his shoulder. Very poor communication skills. Horrible customer service. I will definitely drive a distance elsewhere to receive better service.

Excellent service and very helpful they are the best.

I am an Army Veteran Service Connected. They interrogated me and acted as if they didn't want to let me in the door. The white veterans were allowed to walk in and out as freely as they wanted and was given exceptional service.

No one seemed to care! Was ignored for 45 minutes and left! Went to Chesapeake Chapter 26 where I was taken care of promptly.

They are attentive to the Veterans and their families. Love their meal too

Good selection of stuff , had a good time looking around . Bought a few things ,over all was kinda fun and got to help some Vets.

Extremely courteous staff. They are there to help!

Man Haywood was excellent! I went in today only thinking that I was going to get assistance with reviewing what I had already had done.... only to be fully assited with my whole claim from start to finish. I couldn’t thank him enough and the rest of the staff! Thanks Chapter 20 for all you do!
