Great venue with lots of food and drink options. The seat are comfortable and there was plenty of help around if needed it. They also make it easy to walk in and streets are blocked to have a safe walking experience. Been here several times for Thunder games and everytime it's a great time. Overall great arena!
Always a great place to see games and concerts. It's not super huge, but not small either. My only complaint would be how close the seats are together. I hate having to decide whether to sit sideways or have my arm touching a strangers arm for a few hours.
Visited Paycom Center for Elton John's Farewell Tour Concert. Concert was one of the best I've ever seen!! Atmosphere was fantastic! Enjoyed the concert very much. Ticket price was ridiculously over-priced, most are nowadays, but seeing Elton was on my bucket list of performers to see in live in concert. Seats were narrow for a plus size woman like myself, but not entirely uncomfortable. Was on the aisle seat so that helped. Not much leg room either. Took a girl friend with me and we had a blast! We dressed up in Elton-like glasses and feather boas. We had several pink lemonade vodkas and a margarita each. Drink prices weren't bad. Drinks were very good with not too much ice and not watered down. Bartender was super sweet! We tipped her well! Despite being crowded, it was easy to get from place to place within the building and from floor to floor the escalators were quick and efficient. They needed more vendor areas for concert T-shirts/memorabilia than the first floor, by the entrances, as the lines were very long and we passed on getting anything due to the long lines. Overall nice experience, one I'll never forget!! Long live Sir Elton!! Awesome concert and we knew every song he sang!
The Keith Urban concert was wonderful! I just wish the stairs were marked better when the lights are off. My husband almost missed a step getting to our seats. A lady behind us fell before getting to her seat.
We came here for the Journey and Toto concert event. All the staff was friendly from the person at the door scanning tickets to the security check point. Even the employees at each entrance directing you where to go to find your seat. The seating makes this a great place for a concert venue. We opted for the $20 parking in the garage, we arrived early enough to get a spot. In and out was relatively painless though it did take quite a bit of patience to get to the exit but everyone behaved.
Absolutely loved it! Nice atmosphere, great location, courteous and helpful staff, and great seating! OKC fans really know how to show up for their team! I’m from Tennessee but I would definitely visit again in the future!
We came here for the Backstreet Boys DNA World Tour. The place was clean, and there was plenty of walking space. There are option of using escalator or stairs going upstair. The bathroom was clean, and the entrance/exit were clearly marked. The place is designed such that crowd are not bottleneck at one place, and ensures crowds are always moving. One thing I wish could have been better is parking. Parking was impossible to find during the event. Considering that this place can house so many people, you would think there would be more parking available. We ended up having to park at a far off location, and paid $10. It took us about 15-20 minute to walk to the Paycom Center. Aside from the parking, the place was spacious. I did not feel trapped or claustrophobic navigating through the crowd.
Came here to see Pearl Jam . The parking here is fairly easy to get to. You do have to pay $30 for it. They don’t accept credit card or debit card. Only cash! They do have a atm machine inside the hotel next door that’s literally not even a 5min walk. The facility was clean staff was friendly as well. Wish they had better drink options to select from. The seats weren’t all that comfortable. There’s staff to help you navigate to your seat. The Pearl Jam concert was great!
Wife and I were in town for the weekend, so we figured why not see what is going on in OKC. That weekend was Monster Jam! Very cool experience loud big trucks hammerin down in the dirt. The venue at the Paycom Center is very nice, good set-up, and the beer/mixed drinks are priced at traditional expensive event prices. We had an awesome time and will try to come back for more events.
Went to a concert here to listen to Korn, Chevelle, and Code Orange. It was awesome, had such a great time! There was food and t-shirts to buy from and the staff was very helpful.
