Cheverly Sport Fair

Small multi purpose store that provides beverages, snacks and also sells fishing supplies at premium prices. You can get fresh bait and a DC fishing license for 10.00 for DC residents. Licenses are good until the end if the year. The vendor prefers cash for fishing options because of a few bad transactions. There is limited free parking and the lot is on an incline to the main street, so be careful exiting. You can also go to the corner, turn left which will put you at the light which is safer. This location is a few lights from PG hospital and a few minutes from Capital Plaza.

The old Asian man is a little rude but toughen up he has the best bloodwork in town. Good fishing rods and tackle

Nice guy behind the counter. Don't visit for a big selection of lures etc. Old schoolshop. If you want eagle claw hooks, sinkers, and worms they have you covered.
