I agree with the previous reviews mentioned how rude the clerks are. I work at one of the businesses right across the street. The employees are rude and have staring problems every time I’m in there. I have observed them do the same thing with practically every customer that comes in. Here is some constructive feedback for the owner/clerks. Work on your social/customer service skills. You don’t need to have your arms crossed and just watch your customers every move.

This gas station is the worst. Not only do they charge way more for gas than any other station in the area, THEY DON'T EVEN SELL ANY BEER OR ALCOHOL OF ANY KIND. worse yet, there is one guy here at the register who just charges whatever he feels like and then purposefully gives you the wrong change -- often by dollars. Further, the rest of the employees inside are almost always sour and generally have terrible attitudes about life. They will close earlier than posted hours just because they feel like it and there are no other convenience stores around the area if you're staying at any of the hotels nearby. Make sure to check your change and just generally get ready for a poor experience you will pay a premium to receive and remember.... No beer or alcohol. TONS of energy drinks though...

Very friendly people. Also easy to pump gas when you need it with alot of commonadities all around, hotels Sheraton, Crowne plaza now Sonesta, Element by the light rail with VTA parking lot easy access to go Casino maybe on bus, basketball courts & parks all around. Asian markets down the street & Walmart & dollar tree for American food & groceries, Amazon pub lockers , access to many ATM machines, Starbucks , McDonalds, Verizon, t mobile , chase, in n out, other hotels like I think use to be Candlewood I think that change, and Hilton garden inn & Element with swimming pools , lounges, and seats & couches to kick back and relax. Also Sonesta has a nice view on one of top floors . Don't take my word from it you have to experience it yourself , have a blast measing just have fun & smile it's Free. GOD BLESS

The gas pump has really good car wash and lots of pumps to pump gas. The pumps here are usually faster then at other gas stations. The only negative thing is the gas here is usually costlier then other gas stations.

Store employee didn’t let me pump air to my tires even though I was willing to get gas. He was really rude and accuse me for lying him to get free air. There was no reason to be rude : How are you supposed to move your car if you have a flat tire?

Refused to turn on air pump for paying customer. I have filed an air and water complaint. Stop snorting techron behind the counter, follow the damn laws it is not that hard.

We randomly came across this chevron location, all we wanted is to get a lottery ticket. We have a winning ticket to redeem we walk to the counter. There’s Vietnamese middle age guy with glasses without any greetings he said next time keep your ticket straight is hard for the machine to scan. The ticket was only folded once bez is inside a wallet. His already giving us a very bad attitude shaking his head while scan the ticket and yet the ticket scans no problem. Then he yelled at my wife said CASH!!!! we were shocked bez we didn’t do anyth. He just yelled CASH!!! Then turn around speaks Vietnamese with his co worker. We felt really mistreated, I normally do not leave any review let alone this is a gas station but the experience was too bad I have to put this out there. Please be advice if you are reading this and having a good day do not go in!!

I’m a business owner and I haven’t ever received such horrible experience from Chevron and there crew. I need gas as I was traveling with my kids so I punched it the closes Chevron since I always get gas from Chevron. As I noticed I need air in my tires , and keep in mind I have my 3 kids in the car and one is atistic ,it’s around 10:30 pm , he is crying and I need to get air then pump gas , I go inside like any other Chevron , I ask if they can turn on the air please , he is all I can’t unless you get gas right now or pay me 1.50. I told him I have my kids in the car and I’m getting gas right after , he just shakes his head like I’m lying . I have never felt so low , I’m a business owner my self and have 16 employees. I would never let anyone treat any customer like this. It was a older Asian guy working , one sleeping behind the counter as I walked in which was unprofessional enough. I have got air for my car in many gas stations , never has anyone ever said get gas first or pay . I don’t coextensive better fron Chevron
