Extremely rude attendant named Grace. Car wash didn't work properly but instead of helping you get another ticket, you got a scolding like you are her child. I mean even your child you don't treat like that. I asked her, "why are you so mad" and responded, "I am just telling you." It's ok for you you to tell me but at least say it nicely, you don't know the person in front of you so have a little compassion to be nice. So I just said "just do what you can do, that's called customer service". She gave me a new ticket and it took her not even 1 min.

Decent wash but attendant was rude and impatient despite there being no line. Wash too expensive for what it is, go to chevron where it’s half the cost

Good car wash. Better than other lousy places I been to.

I like there coffee. They have a lot of selection and the price is cheap. With there Loop rewards yo ca get free drinks. Also they have a lot of sale with there rewards. They have a good customer service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Carwash is very cheap also compare to other gasoline station. You can get $1.00 discount everytime you buy carwash and on the 6th you get it free.

The car wash here is terrible! I purchased the top wash for $13 ultimate at pump #9 and then when I looked at the receipt it said $9 Plus Wash! and when we were gonna enter the wash kept on malfunctioning saying go stop go stop go stop go! This car wash needs to be fixed/replaced

Fraud I was there on my way back to LA on 2/20~2/21 mid-night, just stopped by to get a drink, so add a little gas, I was the only car at gas station, and I told the guy I needed a Mountain Dew and $20.00 gas, gave him my debit card, he told me total was $22.66. After a while, he came back told me my card got declined and asked me for another card, so I gave him my credit card. Once he charged my card and I went to pump the gas. In the meanwhile, I logged into my bank account and found a charge of $40.51 , so I went back to the window, showed that guy, he started yelling at me , and went to credit card machine punched a while then gave me a slip stated “Void”!!!! So I asked for stores manager’s name, he shouted said it's not been charged, what do I want. Because it's midnight, I just told him, if I didn't see the money back to my account, I would call his manager and dispute the charge. I was really busy next day, finally had a chance to check, and I found my debit card been frozen, so I called bank, it's showed actually there were 3 charges at the time I was there:$40.51,$100.00, and $22.66, because it's suspicious, bank declined two transactions, and frozen my card. I called the station, talked to a woman claimed herself as manager names Jarly, told her what happened, she told me my card got frozen by my bank is my own problem, not their,s,s, theirs, then hanged up. I guess the reason their staffs dare to do this because they had their manager as back up.

Terrible service. Debit machine down so i had to pay an atm fee just to pay for my things, had to use the men's restroom because the womens was out of service. While waiting to be dealt with one customer came in saying the pump was out of service and another came in to say his car was stuck in the broken car wash. I asked for 3 dollars off my purchase since I had to pay to get money out of the atm, after asking them to run credit and they couldn't figure it out. They had me talk to the manager on the phone who also said they couldn't do it. I asked for a corporate number and they gave me her number, didn't want to talk to her since she acted like she couldn't understand me. Terrible company. And the extra person working standing there staring me down instead of helping the guy stuck in the car wash. For people traveling, take a different exit!

Pretty cheap gas prices at this Shell. I can usually fill up my car for less than $30. They also have little TV's at the pumps that plays a news station. This station is super convenient because it is literally right next to the 680 entrance. This gas station gets really busy around 5:30, which also seems to be the time the truck comes to fill up the pumps with gas, so it can get pretty hectic. Loop Neighborhood is the convenience store which is an upgrade to typical gas stations stores. They have coffee, hot food, pastries, fountain drinks, and even froyo. And their bathrooms are spotless! :

Why does this location have a sign up that says " open 24/7 "? When i go up to open the doors, its locked. I look in the window and i see two employees having a staring contest basically doing nothing. I can understand the doors being locked if just one employee was working but there is two. Very inconvenient when i need to grab a quick bite to eat here before i go to work since its the only place open at this time near my house. Sometimes you're open and sometimes you're not. Very inconsistent and annoying. Please figure this out. Theres always a line @ 3 am in the morning with the same customers complaining.

Not bad at all! They actually converted to a loop which is I guess a new premium branded version of a convenience market that has everything from kombucha to froyo. Protip: free fountain drinks on Fridays with any purchase besides gas or lottery.
