Been coming to this car wash for about a year. I always got the basic car wash exterior only, no dry. Most times the service was great. I have been yelled at for NOT listening on how to direct my wheels. I am disappointed that it is a guessing game as to what car wash option are available and how to pay. I have figured out that they no longer carry the basic car wash. They have recently brought back the ability to pay when you purchase gas. The car wash service is not very customer friendly unless you are lucky.

Terrible Car wash experience Paid 8$ for a basic car wash. Two guys were manually spraying soap and water despite being an automatic car wash, probably because the equipment isn't working. There were soap suds all over my car at the end of the wash. I went up to one of the guys who was wiping up another car and asked him if he could get the soap off my car. The guy responded with " I am wiping this car because they didn't ask for a basic wash, they paid more. This is what you get for 8$". I told him that I just want the soap off my car and even a basic wash service should have the soap washed off. The guy once again responded with "yeah, but you only paid 8$". So apparently the basic car wash service here is - we spray soap and you deal with the rest.

This place is a rip off and I will NEVER go back! Last week I brought in my 5 receipts and free car wash card to get a wash an the clerk said "no" - just "no". I spoke to the manager, did not get her name, petite Hispanic gal, who was curt with me and said they would not give me a free wash. Frustrated, but getting no where I decided to pay for a basic wash. It was not $9 as posted, but she wanted $24 for the basic wash. I said they were obligated to honor the posted price, she smirked and said they don't have to. These people should be reported to the City of Sunnyvale and I plan to do that. When she saw I was upset she another employee laughed at me as I left. NEVER again.

This place is a scam. I came here to get gas and wash my car- when I was paying for gas, the system asked if I wanted to wash my car, and I clicked yes, but when I tried to select the $10 option, it told me to see the attendant. So I finished filling up, then went inside. I asked the attendant for the basic car wash, and she charged me $21. I asked if that was the cheapest, and she said yes. I asked if they stopped doing the $10 option, and she said she didn't know there were signs everywhere with all the regular options. Also, since you have to pay for the car wash inside, you don't get the discount on your gasoline.

Horrible place; chose car wash via pump - didn't include it in purchase. Hopefully I won't be charged for it. I'm disabled, hung my placard at the pump, and pushed the button for help. After 15 mins still no one responded. Two guys who man the car wash were just standing there - like it was a major effort to just show up for work. Tried to get their attention: NOTHING!!! Does this station not realize it's ADA law to help a disabled motorist at the pump? Never going back. Would rather drive further to actually get help AND a car wash!!! Despicable behavior!!!

The worst experience I've had at a gas station in a long time. I was trying to cash in my Safeway reward, but the card reader didn't accept my card. I tried to explain it to the clerk, but she just accused me of doing it wrong and didn't make any attempt to understand.

I will not be going back again. This is the 2nd time I get home and I have to finish cleaning the car I just paid to get washed . They just don't care and Manager of this place doesn't give a S%#* either. The level of care is so BAD here. Come back and you have bugs all across the front if the car, water spots all over the chrome area's, multiple area's that they don't care to wipe, hand marks with tire gel from the gentleman putting it on the tires and gel dripping on the QRT panel from the bottle. You would get a better wash at a Highschool carwash for charity. I would say keep your Day Job but looks like they work at night and can't see what they're doing.

The car wash is not the best since they charge you half price, and I understand that. But what really pisses me off is when they scratch your car and lose a rubber cover from the door and they don't want any responsibility. We reported it immediately and they said we couldn't prove it was them who scratched the car cause nobody saw them do it. So we had to fill up a complaint form and they told us to call a number to report what happened. They said the manager would call us the day after. Well, in that number we got a full mail box and no response and, one week after, we are still waiting for the manager to call us to fix this. I'm warning you, DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!

The windows on our truck were completely up when we parked it for an exterior wash only. When they finished I went to get in on the passenger side the seat was wet. The window was partially open. And they had sat on the seat, so it was wet & DIRTY. So, my pink sundress got dirty. They did not understand what I was talking about or why I was mad. I asked for a towel to sit on, THEY GAVE ME A WET ONE! As for the inside of the store always smells. I really hope my dress comes clean. I should say THEY BETTER HOPE IT DOES. I wish they had a rating for less than a star. Plus they can't even clean a windshield.
