First and last time. My husband used to go here pre-Covid and was happy with the service but something must have changed because neither of us were satisfied. We both went today and they didn't wash the all weather mats in my husband's car which used to be a standard. My car got vacuumed but barely wiped inside, you can still see fingerprints on the screen and the cup-holder was totally ignored see pictures taken right after the service $45+ per wash should get you a better service. We will not use this place again.Services: Full body wash

Not recommend! Two star for friendly stuffs. But this car wash is FAR below my expectations. I spent ~$90 for full wash + wax. The exterior was good, but they don’t bother to wipe the obvious dusk in many many places besides basic vacuum. I was so disappointed. I am not asking for a detailing. But for a $90 car wash? Is the surface dusk expected to be wiped? Will definitely not come back again.

This place is down the street from my work so I came here to get a full complete exterior and interior carwash. The employees were all friendly but the after all cleaning was not. If you want a quick wash than this is the place to go but if you want a full service spa as what their name is dont come here.

Do not go this place, this is truly fraud. I pay 4 times car washing price, because they can do buy 4 get 5. and the latest time I went there before the services expired Not expired!. They told me that I have to pay extra, because their price go up now. So they charge me again, although I bought the entire 5 times service before the price increase. This is worst experience I ever had. Bad service and attitude. Cheating to clients, and illegal consumption. Not surprised that their business is getting worse. I will never going any more!!!!! Thank you for the reply, but please don’t misleading the comment. I’m not mad with your price increase! If you charge me new price after I run out of old package, I would 100% have no problem with any new price! The reason I got mad is your dishonesty to contract term !!! I have receipt, also payment record!!! But I don’t need your refund, either delete this comment! What makes your business so hard is your dishonesty! You could’ve had a old customer keep charging for this with your new price.

DO NOT GO HERE. NOT WORTH IT. Absolutely horrible experience. For a full wash service that claims to take 25-35 minutes at a cost of $55. They gave my car back in 10 minutes. With the wheels partially washed, interior still dirty, floors literally just vacuumed rather than cleaned properly, and worst of all fibres of their cloth all over my car.

I'm only putting 1 star because there's nothing lower. I would put a negative if I could. We drove up to get a basic car wash today and he said $65. I said why so much, do you have anything cheaper? He said it was the cheapest and that it was all hand wash not like those other places that just drive through a machine. I didn't want to spend that, so I said, I really don't need that so where us another car wash that we can just get the basic wash...he then says, we'll we do have a cheaper one but no cleaning inside the car. Seriously!!! He was trying to totally rip us off. Then I asked, ok, how much is that? He said $25. I was in a hurry, so agreed to it and paid. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes why they were cleaning the interior of the car in front of us. Isn't that supposed to be done after the car wash or in another lane so you don't have to wait? It's a rinky dink operation, not efficient, most basic equipment ever, horrible customer service and experience. They didn't even towl dry it after it went through the basic car wash. A wasted $25 & 30 minutes of my day. I never write reviews, but this is how wrong they were.

Paid 65$ for exterior and interior. Interior was vaccume onlyfor polish asked to pay more,so declined and that too was not done properly. My car is not cleaned properly from inside,i can see dert on back seats. Car was still wet even after towel dry. Never again.

Great Hand Wash For over a decade I have frequented this establishment with the sole purpose to wash the many cars I have owned through those years. In the early 2000's explored an interest in lowered vehicles. With an 8 cm clearance from the ground and several custom vehicle mods it is best to either wash the vehicle personally, or bring it here. Sunnyvale Car Spa has honored a buy 10 get one free program for that entire span. I've received 4 free washes. Most Car Wash facilities that do the work for the customer, offer some type of waiting area. The space offered by the Car Spa is a pleasant lounge complete with plush leather couches and a full canopy of shade. The crew also performs a superb job getting even the toughest water stains off my vehicles. The full service wash and wax is well-worth the money, if you feel that you need a truly superior shine.

I went to this place because it said they would hand washed inside and outside of the car. I paid $70 to get my car washed. They BARELY vacuumed the inside of the care, let alone wash the inside. For the outside, they just ran it through the machine. The car looked exactly the same as it did. I am so upset and disappointed with this. The employees there claimed that this was their best service. This place is a completely waste of time, money, and energy. How can someone run a business like this, just complete scam. It’ll be the last time I come here for sure. It’s my first and last time never go there

First and last time using this place. Unless you enjoy spending 45 dollars to have your car driven through a gas station car wash that's usually 20 dollars I recommend going elsewhere. For $45 they had the car wash, wash and spray wax on my car, they didn't touch the interior, not even vacuuming the floor.Service: Full body wash
