Check the back of your Safeway grocery receipt for a coupon to this car wash. They’ll wash, vacuum, and detail your car. It’s a good and quick service from a hard working team, and they recycle/reclaim the water they use: making it less wasteful than washing your car in your driveway.
A reasonable but not outstanding $35 car wash and detail. For a flat fee of $35, you get an exterior car wash, interior vacuum and a little bit of details afterwards. I've had many services better for the same or cheaper price in the past, which is why I was a tad disappointed.. Everything was okay but nothing was great. I had to explicitly go back and ask them to vacuum the garage and a lot of the corners which remained uncleaned. I felt uncomfortable asking for so many extra things, but the shop accepted my requests with respect and care which is the most I could ask for. Other than that, the location is welcoming and easy to find, the staff is friendly and the service was relatively quick.Services: Auto detailing
Well it's been 5 months since the incident and Lozano's car wash has still not complied with my insurance company. I took my new Rav4 here and see attached photos my car was quite badly damaged in the process. It's worth noting I had used this car wash many times before, of course in the past I never had any issues with damage to my vehicle. Since the incident I've noticed other aspects of damage ranging from various plastic parts of my car's exterior becoming detached to strange perforations on the front windshield. Anyways, they messed up my car due to some malfunction with the carwash machinery. As soon as I pointed this out the manager on shift promptly yelled at me that I was a scammer trying to claim wrongful damages. He yelled this at me almost immediately and refused to exchange insurance information. I know they are at fault since they have multiple security cameras installed on sight, yet they refused to submit footage clearing their name to my insurance company. I know there is no way the damage occurred beforehand, my car is brand new and there were no incidents what so ever leading up to the event. If like the manager yelled the damage occurred beforehand, they could simply prove that by showing footage of my car leading up to dropping it off scratch pre-existing would imply it wasn't their fault. Of course, they have refused all forms of communication with my insurance company. I just can't believe they are still in business. If you go here, chances are good that your car will be fine, but that's not a guarantee. You can bet that if you do have an issue, you will be yelled at in front of everyone in line waiting to pick up their car. I feel like they are definitely in violation of a few laws, though I'm not quite sure if it's worth pursuing.Services: Car waxing
They do a great job vacuuming inside the car and cleaning it outside. The lower rating is because they focus on those 2 things only, but barely any focus on mopping inside e.g. the wheel, the seats, etc.. They had no issue in addressing the feedback that I provided them though. If you go there with kids, there is a little ride that you can use for $0.01 yup, 1 cent while you wait for the car to be washed!Services: Auto detailing
Love it! For $40 they cleaned my car inside and out. Of course is not detailing work but it's fairly good for the price. Whole process takes 15/20 minutes.
They are "the only game in town" and they know it, charging more and more for a cash wash--currently $39.99 full service, $29.99 exterior only. I've found that the quality of the wash depends on which employees end up wiping down your car at the end. I casually asked the cashier about their mask policy since all employees seemed to be wearing them except the one guy in my car. A few minutes later, the manager came up to me and aggressively told me not to come back. What a rude guy and horrible customer service! Take your car elsewhere if possible, or else the prices and service here will only get worse.
By far the worst car wash I have ever had. The owner out arguing with customers. Extremely unprofessional. Customer might have been wrong but they didn’t handle the situation correctly. Person asked for my ticket and then was visually upset there was no tip. The wipe down of the inside missed the entire front of the dashboard see pic. I have been here a few times and tried to give them other opportunities but this was the last chance.
Wash was really fast and clean, every thing is good. Except we got a nail in the tire after the wash.
I have been going here for 3 years previously with no issues. I always tip well and appreciate the good service even if the wash isn’t spectacular. However more recently I went for a wash and the car came back with some small scratches I’d never seen before. I mentioned it to the manager in passing to see if maybe they could polish it etc and just buff it out, no big deal. Instead the manager got defensive and angry about it. I honestly didn’t care that much about the scratches but his attitude vexxed me, so I won’t be going back. No respect for the customer, the car, or the basic concept of customer service. Shame really it was local..
I just got my car washed at the Sunnyvale location and I’ll never go back. It was $40 which is outrageous but they did a terrible job. They didn’t fully vacuum my seats or carpets. I used my Dustbuster when I got home & it did a much better job.Services: Vacuuming
