Last Sunday I went to this place for car wash and they BROKE THE RIGHT SIDE REAR VIEW MIRROR of my car. When I asked, they said they can't do anything and gave some phone number to contact their owner. They also said that it happened previously and owner will fix it up. Last three days, I tried to reach the owner multiple times without any luck. It always goes to his voice mail. Without the side mirror it is difficult to drive and I am left with no choice but fix it myself. Regretting why did I go there. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE..

Car wash driver hit something during wash and broke my side mirror. Filed incident report and never got call back. Called them a few days later and they refused to give me their insurance company or take responsibility even though they were the ones driving my car! Only gave me number of shady holdings office with a bunch of extensions that lead to no answers and full voicemail boxes. A week later no response still and now car wash office is not answering my call. My insurance deductible is too high to cover so will fix on my own. Avoid this car wash at all cost. They are unprofessional, disrespectful and honestly don’t even do a good job cleaning your car. See photo.

If there is a way to give negative star rating, I would not hesitate to give. Just got my first car wash at this place today. It is one of the worst car wash center ever. There were many dirty spots left when I asked they said they won't clean in detail and also they didn't clean the trunk when I asked for it then the cleaning guy shouted infuriatedly saying that I need to open the trunk then only he'll clean. Also, tree needle pines present above the trunk door, when I asked them to clean it, They said they won't clean that. Also, I checked for their manager they said there is no manager. I would strongly recommend not to go to this place. Their crew do not know how to talk to the customers.

I brought my BMW Z4 this morning to this car wash and I got it back with a scratch on the rear bumper. They just said they didn’t do it, and that manager was OoO and nobody else has access to the security cameras

Went on a Saturday mid morning and the Full Service Foam Wash option 3 for $18.99. This will take you a while, especially if there is more than a few cars not because the workers themselves are slow - at least they SEEMED very quick but thorough. I was impressed at first watching them in the final stages of the car wash the drying, the wheels and the windows. He cleaned the hub caps and insight and outside of the windows. When he was done drying, the white car was a bit blinding in the sunlight. Once I got closer however I noticed the bird poop spots on the bumpers and trunk were still there albeit a bit smaller. I'm on the fence about if this was better than one of the fully automated car washes. The later might be my future choice between the trade off of time and cost vs the quality roughly the same as this

Pathetic cleaning. Could see dirt everywhere after using their $25 package. More than that I got a crack on my front windshield after the cleaning. The manager was not available at the location at that time and asked me to visit them next day. Next day they simply denied it without taking any responsibility saying there could be a chip happened earlier and the crack appeared due to the water pressure. I m pretty sure there was no visible marks on the glass before the wash. Please think twice and check the vehicle thoroughly before take it home.

This place doesn't care about customers. Got there 4.40 for a car wash and the guy tells me they have 2 cars ahead of me and are not taking anymore. I come here for gas and car wash weekly and get this BS? Good way to loose customers. He doesn't care at all.

Was here for Tuesday special - Half price on Ultimate Foam Wash. Outside wash was good Floor mat vacuuming was satisfactory left few residue Window cleaning was good Tire dressing was good Overall it is good for $13 Wait time: 30 mins Note: You need to pay first at the store
