Chicago Brewing Company

This place was quite disappointing. We waited 45mins for our food after we ordered it. We were the only table seated in the non-smoking area and the smoking area was half full at best, so it wasn't that busy. The pizza dish that the pizza came in was cold, and of course the pizza was as well. The garlic knots were warm so they were good. The wings were below ok. Our table ordered the hottest flavor they offered and we all agreed that they only tasted like vinegar . The root beer was actually really good so it's what saved this place from a one star.

We had an excellent first Vegas meal here. Our server was energetic and friendly. I am obsessed with Chicago deep dish and while this wasn’t quite the same as downtown Chicago it was pretty close. I was happy with it. Great way to kick off our weekend.

Great atmosphere. Good food. Chicken tenders, simple food. They crushed it!!! Hot and juicy. Good Craft beer and our waiter was constantly on the move and keeping up. March Madness.

Food was spot on. Hot and very tasty. Reasonable prices. Our service was kinda tacky and slow, that’s my only reason for giving 4 stars

Burgers came out luke warm. They look like they were cooked from frozen patties. Upcharge for 5 onion rings. Waitress friendly. You decide if it’s worth it.

So I know I only gave 3 stars, however, those stars only go out to one man, and he is MIKE!!!! One waitress specifically almost made me leave, however lol, MIKE came throught like he always does. Everytime I come here Mike and the Chefs are the happiest. He is very inviting and he handles business, I'll be back, to visit my boy, MIKE!!!!

I’m giving this place 5 starts because it was really good deep dish pizza and was affordable. May be the best value on Fremont. They definitely need more staff. The same lady was seating people, waiting and running the register so I’ll save my complaints because she was doing the best she could.

Beer was mediocre and service was VERY slow. I will find a better place to spend my time and money next time.

The absolute worst pizza I have ever had. Of the 8 people in our group, only one said he liked his pizza. Three of us had burnt or near burnt pizzas. Minimal ingredients on top. Tasteless crust. Two got the deep dish. Both said it was terrible. Buy a frozen, eat it frozen. It will taste better.

Cosy place for a beer or pizza. Give the beer sampler a try. I find it worth your bucks.
