Ordered pizza through Zomato and got my pizza delivered by Zomato driver once I opened the box it's totally spoiled and damaged... contacted the restaurant and they took the complain very seriously and sent their own driver with new pizza.. so impressed with Tecom branch team especially Robert was very helpful and professional

I ordered delivery and after 1 hour, I called the branch in the app and they kept in giving me other branches numbers.. And after more than 3 hours at 12 midnight they called and asked if I still want the delivery.. The most unprofessional customer service ever..
