We happen to be near by at a fencing school for our son when we needed to go to Chick-fil-A. We love this spot on Buford highway because it's so clean and well organized and the staff are so friendly. There's plenty of parking but it gets very busy.
I thought after the recent renovations maybe this Chick-fil-A would do a bit better but it only got worst. The renovations are great but the service is awful. The picture attached is literally the amount of fries I received. The person taking my order messed up about three times and I repeatedly corrected them but they still got it wrong. My Dr. Pepper was very watered down with 95% ice in there. I didn’t receive any straws nor napkins even upon request. I love Chick-fil-A but this location and the Doraville location really need some work done.
I've always had good experiences at this Chamblee location, I stopped in to order a shake for my mom. I had a birthday dessert on my account that I didn't want to use but the young lady used it by mistake. Ryan, the manager was able to comp me a shake for the next visit. I like the way he handled the situation, very professional and I never felt like I was being bothersome.
I am so tired of this chick fil a. The food quality is fine, but the employees are SO RUDE! Every time I visit this location, I leave feeling stressed out and upset. My order is always wrong. This morning I asked the woman working the drive thru to double check the order, she assured me it was right. Pulled away, opened the bag and it was wrong. I had to drive around, park and go inside. Once inside, I couldn't get anyone to greet me, when I finally did, she never even spoke to me. No apology, no hello, just handed me my food and walked away as if I was bothering her. This was not a one off, it is like this every time.
Very disappointed in this CF location today; ordered 3 regular chicken biscuits for breakfast and got home to find that I was eating the Spicy Chicken biscuits Not a fan because my stomach cannot take spicy foods. In addition- the service in the drive up was sub-par for what you have come to expect from the usual great pleasant service.
The drive thru line at this location is always SO LONG and it takes forever. I know they are a new location but they really need to step up their drive thru experience. It takes more than 15 minutes and the line always goes out into the street even if they have both lanes open. The employees aren’t always super friendly which definitely doesn’t make up for the long wait. On the upside, food is on par!
The drive thru is a disaster. It takes forever from the time they take your order until you actually get your food. I actually decided to skip the drive thru and go inside the restaurant earlier this week. In the time that it took me to park my car, run inside, place my order, get my food, and get back into my car, I probably saw only one or two cars actually move up in the line. Also, the portions are pathetic. The fries barely fill half of the paper container. The location looks great but they really need to work on everything else.
Food is usually ok. It's the drive through that is the worst. I don't see how you renovate and come up with something so bad you'd think it was on purpose. They don't seem to make the food in the order it was taken? Here you can get your food and be stuck in line with eight cars in front of you. Am I supposed to start eating my food in line? No! I want to go! I have my food, now I want to go somewhere and eat it! I don't want to sit there and watch some blank faced teen go car to car asking, "Are you Sam?" No I am not Sam. Prepare the food in order. Hand it out in order. The line will move. The people will be happy. Done.
Used to love coming here, it was a great location. New renovations look great but I have not had one satisfactory visit since it reopened. Extremely long waits, messed up orders, used a BOG card for a breakfast biscuit and by the time I get to the window 15 minutes later I’m told they’re no longer serving breakfast. The card had already been charged and they didn’t fix it.
"Do not come up to the register to ask for sauce"... You mean the sauce I requested with my order, that you didn't include? Well where do I get the honey mustard I requested? Is the sauce in the drive thru line? This location is getting this negative review because the sauce is literally 3ft away from your employee and it takes 2 seconds and less energy than opening up your mouth about sauce that wasn't with a order.... Train these lil kids better
