I ordered a filet fish it was burned. Fries are never fresh. Today I ordered a mcdouble and the bread was stale. No bueno. I'll drive to Doraville before I go back here and I live close by smhFood: 1/5
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and instead they gave me a sausage biscuit and I heard that my coworker had the same problem.
I made the last minute decision to stop for a late night meal here, that was my mistake. Ordering the food went smoothly and the guy was very nice. But when we received our food we asked the woman who gave it to us for some extra sauce to which she responded that it’s .25 cents per sauce, she wouldn’t even give us one extra sauce. My boyfriend when inside and asked the guy working the register for some and he gave him two sauces without any issue. The girl saw him do this and started to reprimand him that we “already got sauces” and he’s supposed to charge for any extras. Upon returning home and opening my food, both me and my boyfriend found that we did not even get sauces with our food that we had ordered. I don’t understand why a place as big as McDonald’s feels the need to charge .25 cents per extra sauce, especially when we aren’t even getting it with our food.
This is a well ran McDonald's and the only major drawback is getting out of the parking lot. The food is cooked to corporate standards so the fries aren't over salted, the burgers are made to spec, and if you modify your order, they get it right. I like that they keep this location clean I the dining area and the employees get you in and out for the most part. It's a shame that all locations don't operate like this. I wish McDonald's would monitor their stores more closely to make sure they are all held to the same standards. I believe they would get more business on a daily basis, or maybe they don't care and are satisfied with their existing fast food market share.
I have frequent this mcdonalds location over the last 2 weeks. I requested a mcgriddle chicken combo for breakfast. Was told that it would be a $2.49 fee. Keep in mind I'm getting the chicken biscuit combo but changing the bread. The representative says they charge for top and bottom 2 pieces for the mcgriddle. So why would I be charge for 2 pieces of bread. I was not please with the representative and Manager outcome. Keep in mind I have been here for the last 2 wks. Ordered the same thing no upcharge etc. Now all of a sudden you want to charge me extra $2. I can see if I had to pay upcharge of .80 cents like they do with large drinks but 2.49 for mcgriddle. So the order went from 5.00 to $10. Overpriced and food is not prepared fresh. It cost more for a biscuit to be made then a mcgriddle that go in the microwave. Mcdonalds evaluate your staff. Corporate this unacceptable.
While the drive thru staff was friendly, I watched the lady at the window handing out the food look at the date on my chocolate milk, put it to the side and grab another one. She appeared to check the date on the second one and handed it to me. I didn't bother to look at it since she was looking at the dates and already put the first to the side. I got to work and took a swig and immediately new it was bad. Checked lid and it was out of date. The rest of my food was fine.
Terrible service didn't receive any sauces that was included in the online order. When confronted they said it's an extra 25 cents each. Went inside and one guy gave me two before the manager started barking like a rabid dog at him about how they are supposed to charge for it. I ordered it online it's included with the meal.Food: 1/5
One of the nicer McDonald's I've been to. The place is super clean, modern, spacious and the people very friendly. I came in to grab a Coke zero which is my vice :0
The food has not gotten better or even the same at McDonald's in years. Thats corporate but the service and atmosphere were very goodFood: 3/5
